COPE Health Solutions Unveils ARCi™, an Agentic AI Suite Built to Improve Quality, Strengthen Financial Performance, and Modernize Member Engagement

COPE Health Solutions (CHS), a national technology-enabled, platform and services company powering payer and provider performance in risk-based models, today announced the launch of ARCi™, its enterprise suite of agentic AI solutions purpose-built to improve quality and financial performance by automating high-volume workflows, expanding workforce capacity, and driving improved member and patient engagement at scale.

Developed by expert clinicians, healthcare operators, and technologists, ARCi is designed to address the shrinking margins, growing operational complexity, and administrative burden weighing on health plans and risk-bearing providers. By augmenting teams and best practice workflows with AI-driven operational support, ARCi enables organizations to improve responsiveness, reduce manual workload, and redirect staff toward higher-value work where human judgment and interaction matter most.

“Healthcare organizations are facing skyrocketing costs, staffing shortages, growing administrative complexity, and increasing pressure to more effectively engage members, improve quality and reduce total cost of care,” said Allen Miller, CEO of COPE Health Solutions. “ARCi was built by healthcare experts to help organizations address these challenges by enabling them to improve operational resilience, strengthen financial performance, and free teams to focus on the moments where the human touch matters most.”

First Commercial Use Case: Medicaid Redetermination

One of ARCi’s first commercially available use cases is focused on Medicaid redetermination, where many health plans continue to face renewal challenges, member confusion, and overextended support channels. As an extension of a health plan’s member engagement operations, ARCi helps streamline renewal workflows through AI-enabled outreach, mobile-first engagement, and automation designed to reduce administrative burden and support renewal completion at scale.

ARCi engages members across voice, SMS, and email channels, supports callback scheduling, captures and logs interactions, and helps collect the information needed to move the renewal process forward. When more complex support is required, ARCi transitions members to live agents, preserving continuity and ensuring meaningful human interaction remains part of the experience.

Multilingual, personalized, and designed to flex with changing volume demands, ARCi helps organizations modernize redetermination support without sacrificing quality, compliance, or member experience.

“We chose Medicaid redetermination as our first launch use case because it is a clear example of where operational friction can lead to avoidable coverage loss,” said Garret Tedesco, Vice President of Growth and Strategic Partnerships, COPE Health Solutions. “ARCi helps plans modernize outreach and engagement, reduce burden on internal teams, and create a better renewal experience for the members they serve.”

Additional ARCi capabilities currently in development and early access include AI-powered support for care gap closure, clinical and care management documentation, autonomous enrollment, and authorization assistance across multiple lines of business, including Medicare Advantage, traditional fee-for-service Medicare, ACOs, and dual eligible populations.

Built on the ARC Platform

ARCi is embedded within the operational workflow engine of CHS’s Analytics for Risk Contracting (ARC) platform. ARC connects fragmented clinical, financial, and administrative data and translates it into coordinated action across the enterprise. By integrating actionable intelligence directly into operational workflows, ARC helps align teams, improve quality performance, reduce total cost of care, strengthen care continuity, and support more effective execution across payer and provider organizations.

The COPE Health Solutions team will be on-site at the upcoming APG Spring Conference, May 27–29. To see ARCi in action at the event, contact Kathryn Honeycutt at khoneycutt@copehealthsolutions.com.
