Kelly has spent her career at organizations operating inside the claims process, with more than 15 years of experience across TPA claims management, managed care, and claims payments infrastructure. Kelly joins Elysian from Vitesse, where she served as Regional Vice President, North America. Vitesse provides claims payment infrastructure to leading insurers, MGAs, and TPAs globally, placing Kelly at the operational and financial layer of the claims settlement process. Before Vitesse, she spent more than two years at Gallagher Bassett as Vice President, Carrier Practice Sales, leading commercial development with carriers, MGAs, wholesale brokers, and program administrators evaluating outsourced claims management. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Brown & Brown’s Services segment, a coast-to-coast portfolio of five TPA and claims service companies managing claims for carriers and self-insured entities. Before Brown & Brown, she spent over a decade at CorVel Corporation as Vice President of Regional Sales, establishing her foundation in managed care and risk management services for the claims industry. Kelly holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.

In her role at Elysian, Kelly will lead the company’s sales function, generating pipeline and commercial relationships as the company expands.
